Camping in Big Sur with a beagle

Firepit at Riverside Campground, Big Sur

Drying clothes in preparation for the great smores-off

This past week we headed off for a camping trip to Big Sur. It was Brian’s first road-trip so it was also a test of his car-riding and tent-sleeping skills. Jennifer’s sister and her husband were also camping with us at Riverside Campground in Big Sur, so it was a real family affair.

WoW. No, really wow.

I have some deep dark secrets. When I was younger I used to dabble in the art of role playing – I mean games like Dungeons and Dragons rather than any of that weird stuff that may get this blog blacklisted if it were to written about. He was taking his ten year old son on his first overnight backpack trip that would involve a visit to Tenaja Falls in the Cleveland Forest. As his brother-in-law was going to meet them to hang out with Jake, his 8 month lab, we were invited along with Brian.

Paid for blog posts: professional blogger or cash whore?

Planning My Vacation Online

Bought to you by guest author: Jeremy S.

Wireless Internet made planning my vacation one of the easiest things I ever did. All I had to do is simply log onto my computer and get to work, all the while I was sitting in my comfy chair and watching TV. Planning a vacation to the beach was easy since I got to find my hotel, book my stay, plan my activities any where I wanted to shop and eat.

Upping the ante with California DMV

Yes folks, I still have not received my California driver’s license photocard from the DMV. It’s been nearly six months since I passed my test at Fullerton DMV, and I’m still waiting patiently.
